Intertrama guarantees that you will receive quality products that are new and
in good condition (unless otherwise noted in product description). We will take
care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe delivery. Intertrama
backs all of its products with a 30 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms
conditions outlined below, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase or
receive broken/defective times.
Under no circumstances will Intertrama be obligated to honor any return or
broken/defective item requests made more than 30 days after the day the order
was shipped. No provision exists for sending back non-Intertrama titles - such
returns will be discarded.
Broken/Defective Items
Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use
will be exchanged for the same product(s) at no cost to the customer. If the
product is no longer in stock, Intertrama will issue a full refund for the
product. Intertrama reserves the right to inspect and verify that item(s) are broken/defective
prior to issuing a refund.
Intertrama will arrange to pay shipping costs (within the Continental USA only)
associated with returning broken/defective item(s). Please call Customer
Service at (718) 238-1828 prior to returning your item to arrange for shipping.
Intertram will NOT pay shipping costs that are not pre-arranged.
